Return & Refund Policy

At SIA, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Many of our items are handmade and custom, which means we do not offer returns or refunds on most purchases.

However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you receive an item and the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to work with you to arrange an exchange for the correct size when possible.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional production time.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

• Custom and final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a clear sizing issue.
